Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using AutoLynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- One person may only maintain one seller account on the platform.
Listing Guidelines
- All vehicle listings must be accurate and truthful.
- You must be the legal owner or authorized representative to list a vehicle.
- Listings must include genuine photos of the actual vehicle being sold.
- Misrepresentation of vehicle condition, history, or specifications is prohibited.
- All listings are subject to review and approval by our team.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
Transactions
- AutoLynk is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers.
- We do not directly participate in transactions between users.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and completing their own transactions.
- We recommend conducting all transactions in safe, public locations.
- We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
Prohibited Activities
- Posting fraudulent or misleading listings
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to bypass platform fees or policies
- Scraping or automated data collection without permission
- Impersonating other users or entities
- Posting inappropriate or offensive content
Limitation of Liability
- AutoLynk is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or user information.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed vehicles.
- Users use the platform at their own risk.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
